They're back for another season, this time the last interns Meredith Grey,Christina Yang,Alex Karev, Izzie Stevens and George O' Mailley advanced as Residents unfortunately for George O'Mailley, he failed his last exam therefore he needs to repeat his internship again, sad huh!.
